1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund (after applicable deductions) will be issued.

4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned or exchanged products.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email or WhatsApp.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
